Thank you for asking this question - it's exactly why I came here. To further clarify I will ask a follow-up question: once I let it dry to the point it is no longer sticking together, I can form it into nests - at that point, would I put the baking sheet with the nests into the freezer until they were partially frozen (or completely frozen) before storing them in Ziploc bags for future use? I assume putting them directly into bags would form misshapen pasta nests? Thanks!
