I am waiting to use a grain and gluten free mixture for my pasta. I plan to use a mixture of almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, and arrowroot flour.
Can I still use your air dry method even though it is not traditional white flour? I would prefer to store it in an air tight jar instead of the fresh in the freezer.
