Hi James, you're welcome to leave uncooked pasta in the fridge for 24 hours before cooking it the next day. This won't detract from the texture or flavor of your homemade pasta. If you're asking about storing cooked pasta in the fridge, you can do this as well for a few days. Just be aware that the pasta may continue to absorb liquid as it rests, so try not to store it in sauce but keep the noodles separate in a bit of olive oil to prevent sticking.
