We might be able to help you out. In the Fall 2016 issue of Sift, we did a feature on making homemade pasta. We included a recipe called Flavored Fresh Pasta. It's prepared very similar to this recipe shown here, but with slightly different proportions: 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 3/4 teaspoons of salt (or adjust to taste), 3 large eggs, 1/4 cup of vegetable puree, 1 tablespoon of olive oil. You can either cook the fresh pasta of dry it as shown in this post here. It sounds like you might be making a whole lot of fresh pasta the next few days if you have a large amount of soup to us up, but we're sure it will be a tasty option. We hope that helps! Kye@KAF
