Anyone have pasta dough recipes for dehydrating, using vegetable puree as an ingredient?
I have a large pot of squash soup (very healthy but my family didn't like the taste as a soup) that I would like to make pasta out of and dehydrate. The soup is a puree of squash, carrots, onions, garlic, some Greek yogurt, and spices, not a paste but pretty thick.
