Hi Beverly, while we know freezer space is valuable real estate, we don't recommend freezing your pasta dough before rolling it out. Our bakers are worried that when the dough thaws, it will become slightly soggy and lose some of its stretchability. It's best to roll and shape it before freezing to maintain that perfectly tender, delicious texture that makes homemade pasta so heavenly! Kye@KAF
