Pamela, dusting the noodles with semolina flour can help prevent sticking; it's a bit more coarse than regular flour, so it can create a layer of separation between the noodles. You also might want to consider laying out the noodles in a single layer on a flour-dusted towel instead of balling them up in a nest. You can cover them with plastic wrap briefly if you're worried about them drying out. Happy pasta-making! Kye@KAF
