I made homemade pasta last night following this recipe and using a hand crank machine. The dough was very easy to work with. I rolled it into sheets, then cut it into spaghetti. I then made little nests of the cut noodles while I finished rolling and cutting. When I went to actually cook it, some turned out fine, but many of the nests stuck together and made horrible clumps. It was very disappointing after putting in all that work. What can I do differently in the future to prevent this? I floured it all pretty well. TIA.
