Brynn, the best way to prepare raviolis ahead of time is to make them up until the point of boiling (fill, stuff, and cut the sheets), and then freeze. The frozen raviolis can be boiled frozen, adding 2-5 additional minutes to the boiling time to ensure they've finished cooking all the way through. The raviolis will taste jut as delicious as if you had made them that very same day. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
