I am trying to decide the best way to go about making raviolis for a large group of people. We are going on a trip so I was thinking if I make the pasta sheets ahead of time and assemble there if would save me some time. Would I freeze the sheets or put in the fridge? Will they still adhere together if they are frozen when I go to assemble? It would be a total of two days before I'm cooking the raviolis. I also thought about assembling with stuffing as an option as well. Have you tried this?
