I'm new to making homemade pasta. Have you ever dried your pasta in a dehydrator? I'm just wondering how that worked. I would like to make several batches of macaroni, but just don't have freezer space to store it and it gets very humid here. I'm concerned about it drying properly and not getting rancid.
