Vegetable powder should be easy to incorporate into your pasta. You may want to start out by removing a bit of flour (say 1 tablespoon) and substituting powder, adjusting the liquid amount as necessary. Adding powder in addition to the flour should also work, but be ready to add more liquid as needed to bring the dough together. Barb@KaF
