I love making homemade pasta. I was given some durum, which I ground up and sifted out the bran, my question is should I have left it in with the rest of it. I usually use part semolina flour when making pasta. I cut my noodles pretty thick and I think they take quite a bit longer to boil. That being said nothing beats homemade pasta if you have the time..
