Thank you Mary Jane and all of KA flour. But I need help!!!! Is there a video anywhere that shows making pasta? I am new to pasta making. I have a pasta attachment for my Kitchen Aid and I make a mess of it every time. I need some show and tell. I make a pretty good dough but getting it out of the machine is a challenge. Any suggestions for help???? thanks........Paula
