I still have my original hand crank pasta machine....but upgraded last year to the kitchen aid attachments. Now I make homemade pasta frequently..and always have some in the freezer. It's almost as good as money in the bank knowing a delicious FAST dinner is minutes away!!!! I recommend the KA pasta flour. I did a taste test between that and OO flour.....KA won hands down!!
