I am a beginner Scone baker. One of mh recipes had me freeze the Blackberries in the freezer for about 1 hr. My Berries were whole maybe one or two were mashed when I served them. I have a problem mixing the butter & the flour with my fingers it takes a long, long time before the dough is like grain Would like to have some of your reipes that I can print out.l Thank you,
