Hi BJ, for certified organic flours (of which we offer a full line), any direct application of glyphosate to the wheat or wheat fields is prohibited. A residue limit of 1.5 parts per million of glyphosate is set by the USDA for organic (just 5% of the EPA’s residue limit of 30 parts per million in cases where it could be applied directly to non-organic crops). This is to account for the possibility of unintended, trace contact despite all standards and procedures being strictly upheld.
