Hi Keith. Thanks for your interest in our milling processes! We source our wheat exclusively from American farmers, and the wheat is typically milled in the region in which it is grown. After the flour has been milled, it is packaged in the same facility, and distributed from there. This not only reduces the risk of cross contamination of allergens, but also cuts down on unnecessary emissions created by cross-country transport of grain and flour.
