My mother used your flour and I do too. Since her passing in 2008, I now bake my own bread just like she did. I am thrilled to find out two very important things from coming here: 1) that your wheat is sourced from the USA, and 2) that Round-Up's glyphosate is Not used on the wheat in your Organic flour. I have now, after 13 years of bread baking, switched over to completely making my own bread, pie crusts, cookies, etc. Knowing what my family is eating is important. It's also exciting to know that King Arthur is a New England company, started in a neighbor state of mine, and continuing in another neighboring state.
These things are all significant to me.
I think your new logo is nice, but I prefer the old one. It's familiar but it's also artful much more attractive. That aside, I appreciate your article.
