Hi, I appreciate all of the thoughtful responses on this site and am very happy to see how much King Arthur Flour cares about its products and customers. Do you source any of your wheat from China? I ask because the bags say “Domestic and Imported” origin. I am particularly concerned if the wheat comes from China as they have a number of environmental issues that they are facing, and their “organic” standards are frequently misrepresentations.
