I appreciate King Arthur's transparency on the use of glyphosate in their flours. I'm curious if the glyphosate levels are tested in the Organic King Arthur Flours? I have read that glyphosate can end up even in organic flours (where glyphosate use is prohibited) because it is grown next to non-organic wheat. Is there any merit to this? Are the organic flours tested for glyphosate levels?
