Thanks so much for providing this information. I had been purchasing "ancient" varieties of wheat flour because I knew those growers were not using glyphosate as a dessicant. Now that I know King Arthur Organic wheat flour is glyphosate-free I will pick up a bag and start baking! I had to drive 45 minutes (each way) and pay $3.00/lb for the ancient grain flour. I'm thrilled to have an alternative to try! I'm exhausted with the symptoms I have when I eat something with glyphosate. The last time I ate a gluten-free bread it contained corn starch (I asked - no begged - the server to check and be certain there was no corn starch or syrup) I was sick for 3 weeks. Corn starch was the 2nd ingredient on the label (I called and talked with a manager). Thanks for being a company that cares about the health of your customers! I hope to travel to Vermont to visit - and take a baking class while I'm there. I live in Colorado.
