Oh, yes, please do consider a new school in the Northwest! I'm a "newbie" to your website and your company, I just discovered you...mmm...beginning of this year? Or late last year? I would LOVE to take a class, try your cafe, or browse your products in person, but there's just no way I could take a trip clear to the East Coast. Anywhere on the "Western" side of the country might be possible, even a short visit to Montana or Nevada. Oregon and Washington are awfully beautiful states, with lots of agriculture, natural wilderness areas, and green space even in urban communities. It's perfect here for "relocated" folk, but don't tell anyone else, because we're trying to keep it quiet...shhh...
