Wow! I am so glad you sent me an email with all this wonderful information! I had no idea! King Arthur Flour has been the biggest help to me with gluten free baking. I have talked to several people and they have been very knowing. They understand what I am going through by having to use gluten free products and how much I miss some of the things I grew up with. I appreciate their willingness to take time to figure out baking issues for me. Now that I know you all own the company and give back to nature, I am even more impressed.
