We are living in an RV and I don't have my pizza stone. I sprayed some parchment paper with spray oil, then placed the stretched dough on the parchment. ( 4 pizzas, 4 pieces of parchment). I brushed the top with olive oil and then flipped the oiled side down onto the hot, oiled grill. The parchment peeled off the top, starting from one side without shifting (too much). After cooking one side, I remove to add toppings while the next crust cooks.
