Interesting. The hubby and I grilled pizza for the first time yesterday. Used King Arthur Perfect Pizza flour mix and their dough relaxer with Tuscon Herb Olive Oil for yummy flavor (local store for the oil). Pizza pan with holes in it, toppings , then onto grill. No flipping needed. So good we are grilling pizza again tonight. Great idea using parchment paper for serving- thanks!
