Hi. Can I use sourdough discard in place of some of the flour and water in this recipe, similar to how you make your Sourdough Pizza Crust? Or does it not work properly? Also, can I add the 4 tsp of pizza flavorings like you have in that recipe?? I plan to make the original recipe first so I know what the end result should be, but planning ahead :)
