We love our anodized aluminum pizza pan but even when adding tons more olive oil, the sticky dough would weld itself to the pan. Problem solved! If you generously grease the pan with Crisco, the crust will brown up and slide right out. We also found that by greasing an offset spatula, you can evenly spread it in the pan with little fuss.
