I use my long clay baker for sourdough. It is a nice shape to cut for sandwiches. My husband chiseled a brick to fit in it so that a 500-550 gm. flour recipe bakes to a 9x5 loaf pan size. For 750 grams of flour, I use the whole pan. I use parchment to make it easy to lift it out.
