My absolute favorite, now and when I was growing up:
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup almonds
1 8 oz cool whip
Mix first four ingredients and fold gently into cool whip. pile into a graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 1 hour before eating.
Try not to eat it all in one sitting!
