Hi!
I'm a recipe blogger and my fave way to make the crackly top... mix the sugars into the hot butter and chocolate mixture, then whip the eggs till pale and fluffy and add that in slowly. Perfection!!! Anyway i guess it's really preference but that has always worked like magic for me. I took the same recipe and mixed it like that... they were 10000x better! thx :)
