Have made four batches till today. The first two attempts were without chocolate chips to fold in. Just the amount of ingredients slightly adjusted to get to my liking. Though it tastes ok, it appears dull. On my third try, I sprinkled with chocolate chips and that shine crust resulted. Not sure if it is really about chocolate chips so I made a fourth try. Same shine with chocolate chips. I am sure I will have them in when I make brownies as the shine crust really looks appealing.
