Hi I’ve tried your recipe and it’s amazing! I tried to speed the recipe up and I had good results. Melted butter & sugar together and beat well till creamy. Then added cocoa mixed well then half the chocolate and mixed well. This melted into mix. Then added eggs mixed flour mixed and finally rest of chocolate. Is it best at this stage to beat really well or just fold in last remaining ingredients?
