I have and use them all except for the dough scoop. I don't bake enough cookies to say so. The pastry blender tends to hide in the drawer. I've never found one the can stand up to cold butter. The blades tend to bend... The Bench scraper is a great tool for all kinds of tasks. I use it for bread making, especially for handling soft doughs. It's great for moving chopped things from the cutting board to the pot or pan, and it's great for dividing dough when making rolls and buns.
