Hi there, I live at 5200ft elevation and make the cake recipe as is and turns out with no issues. I've made several times and it is a winner for a great summer dessert or breakfast! I also saw comments about sticking to pan and I opt to use my non stick cake pan and it comes out beautiful after letting it cool 5 to 7 min.
