Made this cake a couple of weeks ago for a graduation party. Loved it! I made 2 cakes and made a layer cake out it. Put a whipped cream/cream cheese mixture between the layers along with some sliced strawberries. Then I just frosted the rest of the cake with the rest of the whipped cream/cream cheese mixture and decorated the top with strawberries. It was yummy! Even my grain-eating relatives loved it! Thank you for King Arthur for starting to carry grain free recipes and products!
