Can this be made ahead and frozen? This would be perfect for a party I'm having this summer, but I need to make it the weekend before. Passed the recipe on to a friend who is gluten and dairy free...it's always nice to have a dessert that many can enjoy...and not have to settle for just the fruit salad!
