Saw this Hummingbird cake recipe in the catalog and was excited to try it. I like banana bread, carrot cake and this seems to be a nice cross of the two. Today is my birthday and I made it for me to share with my family. It baked up beautifully! Nice even rise of the layers, And the house smelled so delicious. Can't wait to cut into it.
