I form the dough into flat logs and store it in the fridge so I can more easily make cookie balls after it's been in the fridge a couple of days. I invert the cookie scoop over the cookie dough and push down in it rather than a scooping action . I'm limited in upper body strength so this makes it easier . I also freeze logs so I can bake cookies at a later date.
