Hi Daniel, you may find that your refrigerated doughs are a little more difficult to scoop straight out of the refrigerator and may not spread quite as much. If need be you can let the bowl of dough sit out at room temperature a bit to soften, and lightly press the dough balls before baking (if necessary). Generally refrigerated cookie dough should act pretty much the same, so you shouldn't have any difficulties. Happy cookie baking!
