Hi there, I just baked cookies from my chocolate chip cookie dough that was chilled for only 24 hours, and while the texture was great, the cookies somehow taste much less flavorful than they normally should. What could have gone wrong? I am currently in Quito, Ecuador, which is quite high altitude. Do you know if that could have been a factor? Or did I perhaps not wrap in carefully enough? I’m so confused because I know chilling dough usually enhance flavor…any advice would be great! Thanks so much!
