Good question Nancy. Prep away! Almost any cookie dough can be frozen in ball (or cut) form for up to 12 weeks, then thawed in the fridge overnight to be baked the next day. You can also chill doughs in the fridge for up to 48 hours before it begins to dry out and needs to be baked or transferred to the freezer. Happy prepping!
