Like many, I plan to make several different types of drop cookies for my Christmas tray give-aways. What kind of pre-prep can I do? For example, can I prepare snickerdoodle dough a day ahead of baking them? If so, should I store the dough n bulk, or can I form the balls, roll them in sugar then refrigerate? Also, how well do doughs like this freeze?
