I stir up my chocolate-chip cookies, refrigerate for an hour or over-night, drop them, flash-freeze, put in zip-locks and keep in freezer until needed. The cookies are delicious and it all works very well. I always have cookies for a quick-bake when the kids drop in. I want to try this recipe and will do the same.
