I have a recipe that calls for refrigeration after making the dough and the again after forming the cookie dough into balls. Will skipping the first refrigeration and doing one chill after forming the cookie dough change the quality of the cookie? I guess I'm just trying to save time and effort (forming ice cold cookie dough is not easy!).
