Hi Carol, if the eggs are still in date, it should be fine but don't do anything you aren't comfortable with. For bread dough, avoid freezing it if you can. It will never rise as well as it would if you were to not freeze it because activated yeast dies in the freezer so things always wind up denser and shorter than they otherwise would be. Ideally, freeze bread after it's been baked and cooled and then rewarm it to eat. If freezing it raw is the only option, you can freeze the loaf after its first rise but before it's been shaped.
