I have a question about chilling the cookie dough for 10 days with the raw egg in it. Am I understanding this correctly, that it is safe to do that?
I want to try it, but want to be safe in doing it. I am thinking freezing would not do the same thing, is that correct?

Also, can you tell me the best time to freeze bread dough -- after the first rise, second rise, etc.?
