Please tell me if I am understanding this correctly. You mention letting the cookie dough chill for 10 days. I am very interested in trying this to enhance the flavor, but question leaving the raw egg in the "Chocolate Chip Cookie" recipe in the fridge for that long. I'm looking forward to trying this recipe because of all the rave reviews!! If I am reading this incorrectly, please let me know. Would freezing do the same thing to enhance the flavor? I am guessing, "not."

Also, can you tell me the best time to freeze bread dough? After the first rise, the second, etc.
