Find if you use more brown sugar the cookie is more chewy, which we like. I seem to have a phobia about chunks of chocolate in my cookies so I grated the chocolate. This gives your cookies a wonderful all over chocolate flavor and a softer cookie. My family seems to like the softer cookie. Always refrig dough first!!!
I roll the dough in logs and slice fairy thick.
