Folks,
I just learned the freezer/refrigerator option which noticeably makes for a better cookie. It occurred to me that most premade cookies come in a refrigerated roll. My first try was rolled dough with Aluminum Foil, don't try this. My second try was rolled dough with Parchment paper, better. Since Freezer Paper is thicker than Parchment Paper, I believe that this will be my best choice. I will follow-up when tested and tasted.
